InkTip: Where everyone goes for writers and scripts. Producers have made more than 200 films from scripts and writers they found through InkTip.

Independently Produced Television Projects and Philafilm has joined forces to show independently produced television programming.  The 2015 festival will show locally produced programs and concepts from up and coming television producers.

The Clef Club

The Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz and Performing Arts was founded in 1966 by James Adams and members of a black musicians union called Local #274. The union was the last independent black musicians union in the United States and proved to be crucial to the growth of a thriving jazz scene in Philadelphia.  The Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz is a strategic partner with PhilaFilm 2014.

The 38th Annual Philadelphia Film Festival & Market
June 15 – June 20, 2015

NOTE: It is important that each competitive entry be submitted electronically via VIMEO or YOUTUBE. The electronic Link must be fowarded along with the entry form and any required fee as indicated on the entry form. The competitor’s DVD, Blue Ray or other medium for exhibition during the Festival must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the start of the festival for scheduling and screening.
